Using the Dashboard

You'll need to get a userid and password from Wirewheel.

1. Navigate to Wirewheel.
2. Enter your Email address and click Login.
3. Enter your Username.
4. Enter your Password and click Sign In.

Dashboard Metrics

The dashboard keeps a count of consents by various metrics.

The API sends consents with the status APPROVE, REJECT or IGNORE. In the dashboard, these are shown as:

• REJECT is counted as Denied.
• ACCEPT is counted as Approved.
• Anything else is shown as Undetermined.

Select Brand and Dates

Filter by brand and date.

Here is the count of consents. See definitions of Denied, Approved, and Undetermined above.

A Conflict is created when you receive consents from two channels with opposing actions.
